About the event
Don’t just learn about birth—train for it. Birth Training Lab is an interactive, hands-on childbirth preparation class designed for expectant parents and their birth partners. You’ll practice breathing, movement and labor positions, comfort measures, partner support, birth-ball techniques, decision-making, and strategies for adapting when labor doesn’t go according to plan.
Through guided practice and realistic birth scenarios, you and your partner will leave with practical tools you’ve already practiced together—and greater confidence in how to use them when labor begins.
Class Length: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
